Hey ladies!! It’s been such a long time. No, I didn’t fall off the face of the planet.

😅

Recently I’d been contemplating doing a challenge. (I don’t even know if people in the natural hair community are still doing challenges.)

Earlier this week I shared on Instagram that I’ve decided to do a 6 month moisture challenge. I know this is a major pain point for MANY ladies with curly hair, so I figured why not just put it out there for whomever wants to participate.

I like to keep things very simple, so I created something you can print and fill out (or just jot down on your phone/notebook).

The main focus of the challenge is moisture, but you can add to it. For example, you may want to track your hair growth, or simply challenge yourself to stay away from styles and habits that have been damaging to your hair.

You’ll find more details for the challenge below. And feel free to invite friends and family who you think could benefit from this challenge.

Start date: May 17th

End date: November 17th

May 17th: Take a picture of hair (front, sides, and back). [You can do a length check if you want.] *I recommend starting with a nice trim done on stretched hair.

Here is the 4 page blank document that you can download and fill out (or modify to your liking).
