I recently started using a shower filter that’s supposed to help with the hard water damage to my hair. (I’ll keep you updated on that. So far, I’m really liking it.)
I also just started using a professional ionic dryer. I’ve used it once and I have no complaints about the results. (I’ll share my review of the product and if I’ll recommend it after I get more usage out of it. Stay tuned.)
In only a month I’m pretty happy to see the progress in my hair already. My hair is not breaking as much as before. It is more springy …and soft.
I will continue deep conditioning weekly until my hair is back to it’s normal moisture level.
Do I miss my signature wash and go look? I do. But I know that this is just a temporary routine that my hair needs to get healthy again.
