Pros: Cuts down on detangling time, softens hair, thick and creamy consistency, the scent, safe for color treated hair, safe to use daily, great cleanser, does not strip hair, defines curls and coils, great substitute for shampoo, works well on THICK kinky curly hair (type 4 hair)
Cons: Cannot be left in hair for too long, pricey, I only get about 3-4 uses out of one jar, due to its popularity stores are often out of stock
